Come and let yourself be enchanted and relaxed by beautiful music that can be energetic or very sensual. You will learn basic step and movement variations, improve coordination and balance, stretch and relax naturally. The goal of these lessons is also to develop correct movement habits not only when dancing, but also in everyday life. Endorphins guaranteed. The lessons are conducted in a fun way with enchanting Latin American and Caribbean music, in a limited number of dancers. Do I need a partner? 🙅‍♀️ No — this course is purely solo, a partner is not needed or required. What to bring? 👠👗 You will need comfortable clothes that you feel good in, and ballroom/dance shoes. It is not possible to enter the hall with outdoor shoes!
